My Review:

I really enjoyed this book. I love dystopian novels, so this was one I had to read. The cover was really cool, even though the picture really didn't have anything to do with the story line. I felt that the author did a great job with this book. The characters were very well written and the story flowed well. It didn't randomly skip around. I liked that.

I absolutely despised Warner. He infuriated me. I know this is going to sound rude, but his character was the most conceited and arrogant character I've read about in a long time. I guess the novel needed a bad guy, but I still don't like him. He had Juliette torture a baby, for goodness sake. Other than Warner, I liked the other characters.

I would have given Shatter Me 5 stars, but I honestly didn't understand the repeated words and some of the crossed out words and phrases. I know that they had something to do with the story line, but sometimes they left me confused. Also, while you got some background about Juliette's life, I kind of felt like her "power" was never really explained. I understand what she is able to do, but I'm still a bit confused. Other than that, I had absolutely no problems with the book.

I look forward to reading Unravel Me. The ending was definitely a cliffhanger and leaves you wondering what is going to happen next.
